All products offered on ILoveMud are handcrafted from natural clay by skilled potters and artisans. As such, please be aware of the following:

• Each piece is unique — slight variations in colour, glaze, size, and surface texture are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.
• Product images are representative. Your piece may differ slightly from what is shown.
• Certain clay products may be porous or require seasoning before first use — care instructions will be included with your order.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We have made every effort to display our pottery products as accurately as possible on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or device screen will display colours and textures accurately.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

In the event of a pricing error on a product listing, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the erroneous price and communicate the correct price to affected customers.
