Delivery Policy
Each ILoveMud pottery piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans using natural clay and traditional techniques. Because of this, some items may be available from multiple studio batches — you may choose your preferred listing when applicable.
A user account must be created before placing an order to ensure smooth communication and order tracking.
After successful payment, an order confirmation receipt will be sent to your registered email address, and a text message will be sent to your registered phone number.
Pottery items are fragile by nature and will be packed with great care using layers of bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, and clay-safe cushioning. Orders may be shipped in a single box or multiple boxes depending on the item count and size.
Each item's dispatch and delivery time may vary based on the complexity of the piece and your delivery location. Estimated timelines will be indicated against each product listing.

1–2 business days after payment confirmation

Within 3–5 business days of order confirmation
Delivery
5–10 business days depending on your location
If any product in an order is not dispatched within a maximum of 5 business days, it will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be initiated.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change! Here is our cancellation timeline for handcrafted pottery orders:
Within 1 hour of placing order
Full Refund or Full Cash Back Voucher — no questions asked.
Between 1 – 3 hours
Cash Back Voucher with a small cancellation fee deducted.
After order is processed or dispatched
Cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Product Return Policy.
A cancellation confirmation will be sent via email or SMS. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days and credited to your account within 15 business days.
A cancellation fee of 7% of the product value applies to cover payment gateway and administrative costs. This is charged only on the cancelled product, not the full order.
